Chicago Plane Product Safety Liability

Chicago Plane Product Safety Liability

FAA’s (Future Attack Aircraft) sole purpose is to protect the government from liability. Even mid-air collision between the two flights could be avoided only if the pilots readily understands and follow a system of comprehensible rules.

But in the present era the rules have been replaced by the instruments. Nowadays pilot operates flight under instrument flight rules. In the recent past there have been more mid-air accidents due to some defaults in which the FAA was sued. One such example is a piper archer, which did not have clearance made a cross of the path of an Aero Mexico DC-9 jet within the control area of Los Angeles airport; killing 82 passengers.

This forced the government towards traffic rule enforcement. Many of the private airlines have clear cut rules and controls over RADAR signals. There are some poor controls and rules according to FAA. Even in the moonless night, one must precautionary know the route clearly and must be careful about the invisible terrain.

In case of heavy rains and violent turbulent airlines must be strictly on instrument flight rules. FAA too has great concern for passengers. They use more advanced equipments which can pierce the RADAR signals through the thick mist or fog.

The pilots are confined with the radio frequencies sent from the ground, the RADAR signal and the command defined in IFR. FAA system goes very much fine but it mostly depends on the less trained airlines. Hence it is advised to simplify the rules that would make the pilots work easy without complexity. If rules are made simpler, it can end up with increase in reliability and a safe travel for everyone.
